Log into the site and enter “My account”–“My orders”–"Airline tickets"–"Booking #"–“Edit order.”
Select the passenger/booking that you wish to cancel and the reason;
Attach the required documents which will be listed after you select the refund reason;
Click “Send request.”
Within 72 hours we'll inform you of consideration of your request via email. Your ticket will be canceled only after the refundable amount has been confirmed via “My account”. Please note that for the ticket cancellation, an airline service fee may apply according to the fare rules and policies as well as agency service fee.
